Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 2-10 business days, depending on the delivery location. *NOTE*: due to the ongoing pandemic, delivery times with our shipping carriers have been unreliable. We are doing everything we can to get your inspiration to you as soon as possible!
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- USPS
- UPS
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping (Domestic and International) Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total weight of the items and your location and the speed of delivery you choose. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
